What
is the quoted price?
The total price that appears on your reservation receipt is for
your entire parking stay in accordance with the dates and times
you entered (not the price per day). The “Pre-Pay Now”
price is the amount of money that will be charged up front to
your credit card at the time of reservation (this is the equivalent
of one day's parking). The “Estimated Exit Price”
is the amount you will pay the parking lot upon exiting. YOU
MUST PRINT YOUR RECEIPT AND PRESENT IT TO THE CASHIER TO RECEIVE
THE QUOTED PRICE AND TO PROVE YOUR PRE-PAYMENT.

Refund and
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your reservation

You may receive a full refund of
your "pre-pay" amount only if you contact us at least
48 hours prior to your scheduled departure date.

What
times do I enter for my parking arrival and departure?
Airlines
typically recommend arriving at the terminal 1 to 2 hours before
your flight departure time.
Please enter the time you wish to arrive at the parking lot (NOT
your flight departure and arrival times).
Arrival
Time: This is the estimated time you will arrive at Team Parking
and take our transportation to the airport (Please allow 15 minutes
for transportation to the airport)
Departure
Time:This is the estimated time you will leave the Team Parking
Lot. For your parking departure time, please allow 15-45 minutes
to retrieve your bags and return to the lot.

What
if my flight changes or I park at the lot longer than my reservation
receipt indicates?
Your
total price will be based on the actual length of time you are
parked at Team Parking. You are charged from the time you arrive
at Team Parking until the time you depart to the lot, not
for the departure and arrival times on your airline ticket.

When do I pay
and how?
In order
to hold your reservation you will need to pay via the web site
with a credit card the equivalent of one days parking fee (the
“Pre-Pay” price). You will pay the remainder to
the parking attendent upon exiting the ramp. Upon exit we can
accept cash and all major credit cards.

Do
you require proof of reservation?
Yes, you must present a printed copy of either the receipt page
or your confirmation email and present to the parking attendent
at the entrance of the ramp BEFORE parking. If you do
not present your receipt to the parking lot, you may not get credit
for your online payment and you may not receive the same quoted
rate. If you need a copy of the receipt, please call 651-690-1259
and we can email another copy.

How do I get to and from the airport?
Free
transportation on shuttle buses is provided to and from the airport.
We serve both the Hubert Humphry and the Lindberg Terminals. Please
allow 15 minutes for check-in and transportation to your terminal.
Airlines usually recommend arriving at the terminal 1 to 2 hours
before your flight departure time. Please enter the time you wish
to arrive at the Team Paking lot (NOT your flight
departure and arrival times). Upon
your return, there will be a Team Parking shuttle bus approximately
every 15 minutes.

How much time
should I allow to check-in and get to the airport?
The Team
Parking shuttle transportation usually only takes about 5 to 10
minutes but please allow up to 30 minutes just in case.
NOTE: airlines typically suggest you arrive at the airport 1 to
2 hours prior to your scheduled flight departure time.

What
if there is a change in my flight schedule:
Before
purchasing your reservation, carefully review your travel itinerary
including departure and return dates and times. If your travel
plans change, this will NOT affect your "pre-pay" amount
paid online. However, it may affect the total due to the parking
facility. Your actual total will be based on the actual length
of time your vehicle is parked with Team Parking. If your
travel plans change, please call (651) 690-1259 to reconfirm your
reservation and notify us of changes.

What should I do if I cannot print my reservation confirmation?
If you
are unable to print your reservation confirmation, please notify
us by phone at (651) 690-1259. We will arrange to email your confirmation
to an alternate email address, fax, or mail you a copy. To receive
a copy by mail, your departure date must be a minimum of 5 business
days from today’s date.
You
must present your receipt to receive your quoted price and credit
for your online payment. If you do not present your receipt
to the parking lot, you will not get credit for your "pre-pay"
amount.
